Turnitin Originality Check System Workshop (12-23-2026)

Have you heard of Turnitin?

Turnitin is a web-based plagiarism detection and prevention tool subscribed by CYCU. It helps students check their theses and dissertations for citation issues and inappropriate text reuse by comparing submitted documents with student papers, online content, and major academic publications.

According to CYCU’s policy, all graduate students are required to submit their theses or dissertations to Turnitin and generate a similarity report before graduation. This workshop, conducted in English, will introduce the basic functions and operation of Turnitin, helping students understand how to use the system effectively to enhance academic integrity and improve the quality of their academic writing.
