Chinese and international electronic databases, e-journals, e-books, and other electronic resources accessible through the **Library Cloud Service Platform.

【Instructions】

1. Select a Resource:

When accessing from off campus, click the link to the electronic resource you wish to use.

2. User Authentication:
System will automatically redirect you to the Remote User Authentication Service for Electronic Resources login page.

3. Complete the Login:
Enter your account and password. Once authentication is successfully completed, you will be redirected to the selected electronic resource and may begin using it directly.

User Type	Login Account	Access Privileges
Current CYCU faculty, staff, and students	iTouch account and password	Access to all authenticated electronic resources
External users with library borrowing privileges including alumni, retired faculty and staff, dependents of faculty and staff, continuing education students, volunteers, and Friends of the Library	Library Cloud Service Platform account and password	Access to selected electronic resources authorized by participating content providers

Please visit VPN website ( provided by Office of Digital Technology ) and install VPN Client according to your computer operating system.
After finishing setup as the instructons, you can log in with your itouch account / password and then you will be able to access database as on-campus.

You can now Access web site directly.

When the assignment is done, please remember to click “disconnect” to log out

Patron is not allowed to let others use his / her account and password
Patron should take full responsibility for violations of the Library electronic database usage regulations

The issue and error message (e.g., authentication screen does not appear, user authentication does not work, or authentication screen appears again after login)

When accessing certain electronic resource websites, your browser may display an SSL certificate warning message:

Chrome: Your connection is not private
Firefox: Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead
Internet Explorer: This site is not secure

Please follow the browser instructions below to proceed to the website:

Chrome: Advanced → Proceed to the website (unsafe)
Firefox: Advanced → Accept the Risk and Continue
Internet Explorer: More information → Continue to this webpage (not recommended)
