education, research and development, enhance effectiveness of the usage of library resource, and achieve the goal of the rich collection and stable development, this regulation is made.<\/li><li>Allocation regulations<br \/>a. \u00a0 Allocation\u00a0and usage\u00a0of\u00a0library fund\u00a0resources consider each department scope &amp; professional field, and the requirement of various patrons in teaching and research.<br \/>b. \u00a0 Allocation\u00a0library\u00a0fund resource\u00a0is\u00a0depending on publication trends and annual specific requirement.<br \/>c. \u00a0 Allocation\u00a0fund\u00a0resources\u00a0including books, journals, and databases as following ratio:<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section academic\u00a0professional books is\u00a0statistics-based\u00a0method according to the following formula:<br \/>Unit\u2019s budget = (Total professional book budget \/ Total point) * department point<br \/>The calculation of point as follow:<br \/>(1) Each department has two (2) points<br \/>(2) Another point of department is according to number of full-time student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A. Below 200 students is one (1) point<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0B. 201 \u2013 400 students is two (2) points<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0C. 401 \u2013 800 students is three (3) points<br \/>\u200b\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0D.
