to as \u201cthe Library\u201d) formulates the rules, in order to serve patrons to fully utilize Library resources and increase reading atmosphere, as bases for borrowing services.<\/p><p>Article 2\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0CYCU full-time faculty\/staff and students may use employee and student ID cards respectively to borrow items from Library. The others may apply for Library cards complying with the following rules to borrow items from Library.<\/p><p>Article 3\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Library authorized ID card can only be used by the applicant. If identity theft does occur,\u00a0CYCU full-time faculty\/staff\/students\/alumni will be punished by related rules, while others may have their Library cards confiscated and cannot apply in the future (if deposit fee exists, it will not be refunded).<\/p><p>Article 4\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0If Library authorized ID card is lost or damaged, patron can re-apply according to corresponding rules.<\/p><p>Article 5\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0If patron leaves school without returning all checked out items or paying all fines, the Library reserves the right to take legal action. If guarantee deposit exists, then Library may deduct the loss from it.
