&nbsp;The Committee shall have 11 to 15 members appointed by the University President for a one-year term. Each college elects one member; however, colleges with fewer than five academic units may opt out of recommending a representative. Additional members, including one undergraduate student and one graduate student, are nominated by the Library Director, who serves as an ex-officio member and convener.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px;
