Friends of the Library :

• A Taoyuan city resident who is aged 20 or older may apply for a Library card. ( .odt , .docx )
• Application fees：deposit is NT$3000 for and annual fee is NT$2000 ( Deposit fee will be refunded only when all books are checked in, fines are paid and library card is returned ) .
• May borrow up to 10 books for 30 days ( When available, books can be renewed 3 times ) . Borrowed items will be recalled when they are placed holds by others.

Members of ILL libraries :

• Please get a CYCU library card from your library before you come to CYCU Library to borrow.

Members of CYCU contracted parties :

• Teacher counselors, researchers, etc may apply for a Library card. ( .odt , .docx )

Non-degree students :

• Apply at CYCU Office of Continuing Education, borrowing privileges expire at the end of the classes.
• May borrow up to 10 books for 30 days (When available, Books can be renewed 3 times ). Borrowed items will be recalled when they are placed holds by others.

Guests – One-year pass to B1 study area :

• Available for guests over 15 years old.
• Application fee is NT$1000 and valid for one year.
• Guest may fill in application form ( .odt , .doc ) and apply at entrance and reception desk on Library 2nd floor with valid ID’s ( Application Information )
• Available for up to 100 applications ( not available before and during school exam periods )

Guests – One-day pass :

• Available for guests over 15 years old.
• Apply with valid ID’s.
• Return before Library closes and a fine of NT$50 / day will accumulate when overdue.
• 2F~5F：available for up to 50 guests ( 25 before and during school exam periods ).
• B1：available for up to 100 guests ( not available before and during school exam periods ).
