• Walk-in Visitors Information

• Admission card is granted upon the presentation of visitors’ valid documents at entrance gate of 2nd floor. Visitors can access 2F ~ 5F and B1 reading area.
  • 2F~5F reading area
    ID tag is granted with presentation of a valid document (Example: ID card) at the second floor at entrance gate of 2nd floor. Visitors can access library 2F to 5F reading area, reading, photocopy, or use the library facility resources, but cannot borrow books.
  • B1 reading room. Handled at entrance gate of 2nd floor, the document is divided in two type:
    • CYCU B1 reading room card
      The library card is based on annual. Fill “B1 reading room application form” ( .odt , .doc ), provides photocopy of ID (front and back sides), two 1-inch photos, and pay 1,000 NT for management fee. Please refer to “The Measures for Visitors to Enter CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library Study Area in Basement“.
    • CYCU B1 reading room temporary card
      The temporary library card is granted upon the presentation of a valid ID card, student ID card, driver’s license or vehicle registration documents, etc. The temporary card must be returned to 2nd floor before the library closed at the same day. Delays in the return of temporary card will be fined 50 NT per day.
• Community library card
  • In order to serve general public, to share the use of library resources, The guidelines of [“Friends of the Library” of Additional Rules of the CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library Borrowing Regulations.] is made
  • The eligible applicant is people who live in Taoyuan City, and must be at least 20 years old. Fill application form ( .odt , .docx ), provides photocopy of ID (front and back sides), two 1-inch photos, pay deposit fee 3,000 NT and annual fee 2,000 NT. The community library card holder can access to library, borrow up to ten books with long period of thirty days, and may apply for renewed twice.
