- Only visitors aged over 15 may apply for a pass to CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library (hereafter referred to as “the Library”) Study Area in Basement.
- Types of passes: application is available at entrance and reception desk on Library 2nd floor
(1)One-year pass: apply with NT$1000 maintenance fee and one photo
(2)One-day pass: apply with valid ID card and return it before Library closes on a daily basis. A fine of NT$50/day will accumulate when overdue. - Library is entitled to adjust the maximum number of visitors allowed to enter study area.
- Study area will not be available for visitors one week before and during school exam periods.
- Pass to study area can not be transferred to others and one pass can be valid for one person. Violator’s pass will be forfeited and will never be eligible for a pass.
- When patron loses pass, he/she needs to report loss to Library, fill out a copy of affidavit and pay NT$300 replacement fee.
